LouGe VR

This is is a virtual reality (VR) game challenging the boundaries of VR game production. For the gameplay aspect, it is the first in history to adapt third-person over-shoulder perspective in VR environment. It aims to sacrifice the full-immersion from conventional VR first-person perspective, for cinematic presentation opportunities, such as layered composition of foreground character & background game environment, and agency feedback of dramatic animation in response to player’s input. For the art aspect, it uses scanned assets provided and integrated by the Ludus art team attempting to bring PBR to VR market as a selling point.
